Nigerian copyright commission
The Nigerian Copyright Commission, formerly known as the Nigerian Copyright Council, was established by the Section 34 of the Copyright Act (of the Cap C28, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004. It was inaugurated on the 19th of August, 1989.
On April 1996, the Council was elevated to the status of a Commission. This change was confirmed by the Copyright Amendment Decree of 1999.

It must exists in a physical form especially for some Member States as it relates to the national laws.
