How To Do NECO Registration
Registering for NECO exams is simple.
First, you need to visit their official website at www.mynecoexams.com. When you get there, follow the instructions and finish the registration process.
You need to have your passport photography for the registration process. Again, there will be capturing of biometric fingerprints.
NECO GCE Closing Date
The deadline for registering NECO GCE 2019 deadline is November 16. Always the same closing date as the previous ones.
If you have not bought your form, buy it as soon as possible.

How can I check My NECO Exams result
After writing your NECO exam, you will want to check your results.
- It’s simple to do this. Just follow the steps below:
- Visit the result checking page of NECO here: www.mynecoexams.com/results.
- Choose the examination type (SSCE INTERNAL or NECO GCE).
- Choose the year of examination.
- Type your card PIN number (it shouldn’t cost more than N500).
- Input your examination number
- Finally, click the “Check My Result” button.

How to Buy NECO Scratch Card Online
Buying NECO scratch card online is easy.
You can go to www.students.com.ng or other third-party educational websites in Nigeria. This saves you time instead of going to NECO’s physical office.
When you get there, follow the procedures to purchase your scratch card. You will use your ATM card to make payment (at least N500 will be charged).
After your payment has been confirmed, your PIN number and serial number will be sent to you via email and SMS. You can now use it at NECO’s portal.
NECO GCE Registration 2019, 2018 and 2017
The registration for NECO GCE Nov/Dec often commence around October and ends by November.
Candidates are to purchase their registration token and proceed with the actual registration before the closing date. Late registration attracts charges.
Register on time, and upload your registration.
The usual registration fee is close to N10,000 and is to be paid into the NECO Treasury Single Account, check NECO’s portal.

NECO Common Entrance
This examination is for the final year pupils in primary school. It is written to admit the students into the Junior Secondary School, J.S.S 1.

NECO GCE Registration Closing Date

NECO Certificate
If you wish to collect your original NECO certificate, visit any NECO offices around you.
You will need to go with these documents to receive it:
- The print-out of your online NECO result.
- A sworn affidavit.
- A passport photograph.
- NECO photo card.
- An identity card.
You are to go there with at least N1,000. That’s the fee for receiving your NECO Certificate.
NECO Expo
Different NECO expo offers have been on the increase lately.
This is a promise by some coaching centers to help students pass their NECO exams with ease.
The method here is making use of past questions and answers to prepare candidates for the examination in a special way.
Well, you have to be careful because there are also some scamming affairs hidden in some of these offers.
If it sounds too good to be true, then it is. Stay away from it if you sense any shady move.
When is NECO 2019 Starting
The May/June NECO SSCE internal exam always starts towards the end of May. For NECO GCE, 2019, it begins on November 18 and is scheduled to end on 18th December 18.
